About the Doctors
Dr. Clark Brill
Dr. Brill is a long time resident of the Columbia area, where he now
resides with his wife and three children. After graduating from medical
school, Dr. Brill was the U.S. naval medical officer assigned to the
Second Marines Camp Lejeune. After completing his residency at UCLA/Cedars-Sinai/VA,
he worked at both the Bethesda Naval Hospital and in the Orthopedic
Department of the Columbia Medical Plan. In 1998, he and Dr. John P.
Collins opened their practice, Maryland Spine and Sports Medicine, P.C.
Dr. Brill is proud to serve his community and has made it a priority
to contribute his free time through a number of different volunteer
activities including, Maryland Special Olympics, Maryland Senior Olympics,
Marine Corps Marathon, Columbia Triathlon, as well as numerous talks
on medical topics to different community groups. Dr. Brill has special interest in sports
medicine, playing both organized and disorganized sports, as well as
coaching youth sports. Dr. Brill also enjoys and has served on multiple mission trips to Haiti and Central & South America.

Dr. John P. Collins
Dr. Collins has been serving the residents of Howard County and the
Baltimore Washington region since 1990. Originally from Lansdale, Pennsylvania
he moved to the area completing his residency at the National Rehablilitation
Hospital in Washington, DC. In 1993 he joined the Orthopedic Department
of the Columbia Medical Plan. In 1998 he and Dr. Brill opened their
practice, Maryland Spine and Sports Medicine, P.C.
Dr. Collins has been involved in the community volunteering his time
for the Columbia Triathlon, Columbia Association Sports Medicine Clinics
and lecturing on running injuries, arthritis and exercise, medical acupuncture
and Osteopathic manual medicine.
Dr. Collins has special interests in sports medicine dedicated to improving the health of and medical care for all people who exercise and to promoting well-being and health through an active lifestyle.

Dr. Aaron Twigg

Dr. Twigg joined Dr.'s Brill and Collins in 2003. He has been active in his community, volunteering
his time for the Columbia M.S. walk, Columbia Association Sports Medicine
Clinics and Rebuilding Together / Christmas in April program. He was
a charter member of the Rotary Club of Clarksville. Dr. Twigg is married
with three children.
